Subscription Policy

Some Regen Labs products are available through our Subscribe and Save program. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how to cancel them.

To enroll in a subscription, you must select the Subscribe and Save option at checkout. This does not apply to One-Time Purchase orders, which are made without any recurring shipment or billing.

Subscription orders are automatically billed and shipped based on the quantity and delivery frequency selected at checkout, with monthly auto-ship as the standard schedule unless otherwise noted.

 

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or update your subscription at any time by using the Manage Subscription link included in your pre-billing invoice or order confirmation email. You may also email support@regenlabs.com for assistance.

To stop the next scheduled subscription order, your cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before the billing and shipment date. Requests received on or after the processing date will apply only apply to future subscription orders. The current order will still be processed, billed, and shipped.
